David Parker’s vast technical and management experience began after graduating with a BSET in Engineering Technology from the University of Memphis in 1984.  For three years thereafter, he was the Sr. Project Engineer for HI-NET Communications, a joint venture partnership between COMSAT General, and Holiday Inns. In 2001, he left “Corporate America” and founded Competitive Network Solutions, Inc., a Technology Consulting firm focused on bringing “big business” experience to the small and medium-sized business sectors.  After 6 years, he rejoined Corporate America and leads AT&T Mobility’s Systems Engineering department for a 14 state area.  He still continues to perform Technology Consulting work, but outside of normal business hours, and only in areas where AT&T does not offer products or services.
