Recently, I left the laptop on while traveling across town and had Network Stumbler running which picks up the SSID, Channel, and security options for any WIFI signal in range. Of the 62 networks it found, only 11 were secured. Don’t leave your wireless network open for anyone to use, or worse yet, access any shared network resources you have. |
